Anyone give me a hand here?

Well, I have EDuke, and I have the HRPS, and Atomic Edition. Everything works great. I got Duke on Vacation from Amazon, and I got Duke it out in DC, and even Nuclear Winter. I've yet to test Nuclear winter, but I cannot get DC or Caribbean to load RIGHT. DC just doesn't load, and Caribbean partially loads.

How do I get em to work (with eDuke.)
