Evil People TC...anybody?

I've been looking for this TC for years. I found this website:

This TC was available on this website but the link is broken. Does somebody has this tc on his harddisk? I would appreciate it if u could upload it.

I got this TC from a TC website months ago, i donno why this was the only TC website where they got Armageddon. The Website is broken now, i donno why, but hey i had the TC on my harddisk so enjoy

PS: If u dont know how to use Rapidshare just do the following:

- Scroll down until u see a button with "FREE" on it.
- Click The Button.
- Wait till the next page is load.
- Now u wil see a countdown.
- Wait untill the countdown is finished.

edit: thats not the one i was looking for =( i downloaded it and played it though, still pretty decent TC. didn't even know about it. The one i was talking about is the one that used alot of tiles from RR, kingpin and Fate. Was super gory and had a lot of enhancements made to it.

Are u really sure? Cuz they also used the kingpin enemies, used RR art and fate enemies.
I went to the Shadows Of Armageddon website of totalconversions.com and i saw that there werent any downloads, so it could be that they just never released it.

So, anybody got Evil People TC??? Or Evil Dead TC? i'm loking for that one to, looked so freakin fun.

Yeah the site is indeed archived like most of all broken websites. just go to:

Then type in:

soa.totalconversions.com

You'll see a lot of dates now, choose the one that was last updated and not broken, just check a few you'll find it. This website is really cool, you can view a lot of broken webpages that don't exist anymore.

hmm i guess that wasn't the name of the TC i thought it was then =\ something completely different.. the one i'm talking about was suppose to be taking place in the future during a world wide holocaust or something like that, used most of it's tiles from fate, had gore effects such ass bloodclouds when people explode n stuff like that

Yeah a sticky would be cool! this is a list of the lost TC's, when someone find it, tell where u find it (website) or if u found it on ur Harddisk, just upload it to Megaupload, Rapidshare, filefront, etc.

Yeah there were a lot of good tcs that they were making. Im also making a TC that everyone will like i think. It will be based on Silent Hill 2 and Silent hill Movie. But its to early to release some stuff from it. i just want to make a demo before i reveal something, so that people can play it when i post the stuff instead of waiting months, years or maybe longer like most people do with their TCs. That is why most TCs are abandoned because people lose intrest in it, and thats a shame...

When i first saw this thread i went searching for evil people, but no real luck.
Found the author his myspace and a bunch of sites it was on but aint there anymore, and apparently from what i read while searching even the author dont have it anymore , so the only probable hope for 'evil people' is if someone has it on their HDD lol.

If i get around to it ill search for those other ones though .

A lot of the TCs that die weren't very far along. Sometimes people announce a TC and then post screenshots of the one area they've made that looks decent. Dead TCs aren't necessarily a big loss.

Having said that, there is a lot of potential to reviving old TCs with new art and code. For example, Kenia is doing a remake of his Duke Army TC.

That sounds like "The War Is The Life" which was never released. A friend of mine was making it. Don't know what happened to the guy, haven't talked to him in many, many years.

I'll upload them for you, just a sec. I have the original files somewhere.. but I'm actually working on a massive collection of Duke Mods - I've got 2.19 GB worth (insane, isn't it?). It includes 8 dukematch mods (was never a fan of), 52 mods (weapon patches, etc.) and 157 total conversions. They all run on the atomic edition (even if they were released on 1.3d) because I modded the con files. It's pretty kickass. So basically I'll send you the organized versions of the mods (GRP + CON file for each) - if you want me dig up the original files too, that's cool and I can do that for you if you like =)

On another note, I've been looking for a bunch of mods. One of the ones I was most anticipating until I took a break from duke for a number of years was "The War Is the Life" - I think I spotted it on Usurper's RTCM website, but that's been down for months now and I've been sad =( If anyone has that I'd GREATLY appreciate it if you could upload it for me! When I started modding D3d (never had internet, so it never was published), i made a couple of maps that spanned around various ages (time zones) that you teleport to through Portals (ripped textures from Hexen, haha), but I made some cool monsters like Giant Spiders, Zombies, Cowboys, Knights, and Robots for it. It was fun, but after the family comp crashed and burned, i lost everything. So even when we did get the internet, I couldn't publish it. :*(
